Shipping Policy

DAZIA partners with DELHIVERY (subject to change) to ensure that your order is delivered directly to your door with maximum convenience.

Shipping Process

We require 1 working day on average to process and fulfill your order. Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We ship every day, with no exclusions for weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email along with your Order ID for tracking purposes.

Deliveries

We currently ship only within India. The estimated delivery time for all orders is a maximum of 7 days.

While we will do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered on time, DAZIA cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

All shipments are subject to a 3% GST tax, which will be included in your order total. There are no additional duties or taxes imposed on deliveries within India.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

DAZIA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with DELHIVERY. For assistance, you may contact us at care@dazia.in.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. As we start working on your order immediately, we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
