What is the return policy?
DAZIA offers a 30-day return, refund, exchange, and replacement policy starting from the date of delivery.
All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the conditions mentioned below:
- Return Period: Returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Product: All items must be in their original packaging, including DAZIA boxes, envelopes, and certificates.
- Inspection: DAZIA reserves the right to verify the condition of returned products before processing any refund or exchange.
Refund Scenarios
- Unopened Package (100% Refund):
If the customer has not opened the package and the item remains sealed and bubble-wrapped, they are eligible for a 100% refund of the returned item value.
- Used or Opened Jewellery (Partial Refund + Coupon):
1. If the jewellery has been opened or used, DAZIA will process a 70% refund of the returned item value, as per the customer’s choice, to their bank account using the bank account details, UPI ID, or UPI QR Code.
2. In addition, the customer will receive a DAZIA coupon code worth 30% of the order value, redeemable on future purchases. - Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item passes the quality inspection. - Return Assistance:

Can I exchange the product if I don't like it with some other product?
We understand that preferences may vary, which is why we offer exchanges for a different item if you're not satisfied with the jewellery, received a faulty product, or received an incorrect item within 30 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Please note that in the event of an exchange, any price differences will be collected or refunded to you, as the case may be.

When will I get my refund for returned order?
Refunds for returned orders typically process within 7 - 10 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account.
What happens if my jewelry needs repair or polish?

If your DAZIA jewellery requires repair or polishing, we’re happy to assist you.
- Complimentary Service: Polishing and repairing is completely free of charge as part of our brand commitment to long-lasting craftsmanship.
- Shipping Costs: The customer will need to cover the two-way shipping costs (to and from DAZIA).
- Pickup Schedule: Once your request is approved, the pickup will be scheduled within 2 working days.
- Processing: After the item is received and verified at our facility, a refinished or repaired piece will be dispatched to you promptly.
